Insurance & Payment Information

At Drs. Oghalai, Krutoy and Toscano , our focus is providing excellent surgical care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance works differently from medical insurance. Most dental plans provide a limited annual benefit and establish benefits for specific procedures according to the terms of the patient’s plan.

Our office has no contracts with insurance companies. This allows us to recommend treatment based on your individual clinical needs rather than the limitations of a particular insurance plan.

Filing Your Insurance Claim

As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf whenever possible. We ask that you provide accurate and current insurance information before or at the time of your visit so that we can assist with the claim process.

Insurance benefits vary considerably among plans, and any estimate of benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement, payment for services remains the patient’s responsibility.

Understanding Your Treatment Cost

Before treatment, our team can review the fees associated with your planned surgical care and help you understand how your insurance benefits may apply. Some treatment plans involve care from both our office and your general dentist or another dental specialist, and those providers may have separate fees.

Payment & Financing Options

We understand that patients may have questions about paying for treatment. If needed, our team can discuss available payment and financing options to help make treatment more manageable.
