Dr. Jeffrey Krutoy 

Dr. Jeffrey Krutoy attended the University of Georgia, receiving his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2005. He then moved to New York City where he attended Columbia University, graduating with his DDS in 2009. After dental school, he obtained his MD and completed an internship in general surgery at New York University Medical Center as part of the six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at NYU, based at NYC’s historic Bellevue Hospital.

Following residency, Dr. Krutoy entered active duty military service as a Major in the U.S. Air Force. He was stationed in Texas and served as an attending surgeon at the San Antonio Military OMS residency training program. During this time, his residents awarded him the Robert I. Delo Award for outstanding academic and surgical mentorship. He was also named the director of OMS education for the Lackland Air Force Base 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD-2) residency program. Dr. Krutoy is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Krutoy, his wife and children reside in Winston-Salem.
